I’m sorry that this issue has been happening to you—the reason why you’re not receiving the password reset email is probably tied to [this issue](https://github.com/processing/p5.js-web-editor/issues/2303), where [upgrading the dependency](https://github.com/processing/p5.js-web-editor/pull/2267) `mjml` caused emailing to break.
