# Debugging in VSCode

Are there any plans to add debugging capabilities to the official VSCode extension? Is there any way to do that currently? I have not been very successful in debugging with the PDE, and I would prefer to use VSCode anyways. The debugger in the PDE keeps freezing and saying ‘debugger busy‘, and I have not seen any solutions for that.
