# Contribution Manager fails at library installs

Based on the error message “Could not move contribution to backup folder,” it does seem likely that this could be a permissions issue. A common solution for this kind of problem is running the application as an administrator which is what solved it for the poster on [this topic](https://discourse.processing.org/t/some-strange-problem-i-cant-fix/29788). It looks like you’re on Windows, so you can right-click on the Processing executable and choose “Run as administrator” the try the install again to see if that resolves the issue.
