# Can't open the P5 editor on my browser

Hi, does anyone have the same issue? I can’t use it for at least 2 days. I know some approaches to working locally, but since i have been use the editor for months, I have made several collections. How can I get them?

what link are you using? have you tried another browser? if another browser works maybe you need to clear your standard browser cookies/cache. it’s working fine for me but they are making changes to it atm so maybe it is related to that also?

hi, I’m using chrome. I just try to clear browser cookies but still can’t open it…

hey, just kindly remind those who live in China still want to use P5 editor on your browser, check your VPN switch a mode try again. It works for me. Good luck!!
