Hello,

I have tried via both Processing 3 and 4 to connect to my android.

Processing 4, I installed the Android mode and allocated everything supposedly correctly, but it didn’t appear as an install option.

So I went with Processing 3. Processing 3 says that no device is connected.

I installed the Android Mode

I have USB debugging enabled on my phone

I have the most up to date drivers, SDK, ADB, etc.

File transfer is enabled on my phone, the device is recognized in Windows (Windows 7).

I can’t figure out why it Processing will not recognize my device.

Any help is appreciated,
Thank you

Hi

Try this

Step 1 :Unlock your phone and go to Settings.

Step 2 : Under Settings, scroll down and open About phone.

Step 3 : Under About phone, find Build Number and tap seven times on it.

You will get a message on your screen that “you are now a developer”. Then you have successfully enabled developer option on your Huawei Ascend Phone.

Step 4: Select on the Back button and you will see the Developer options menu under System, and select Developer options.

Step 5: Slide the “USB debugging” button to “On” and you’re ready to use your device with developer tools.

Step 6: After finished all these steps, you will see a messages “Allow USB Debugging” for allow a connection, click OK.
