# \[Android mode\] Can my application know my number?

Can my application know my number?

How can I get information about my cell phone number?  
I want to know about the source code.

For a lot reasons that you can guess this is against android policy and there is no way to get this number in any case. If “your app” nedds to know the phone number, create an edit text and ask the user to give this number…if he is ok!
