# \[Android\] IPcaptue - I/O ERROR : Connection reset :: Why not?

Hi.  
I want to receive CCTV data as mjpeg.

1. The smartphone works well when connected to WIFI.
2. If you connect to LTE data instead of WIFI, it will stop after transmitting for about 2 seconds.

After that, an error message is displayed.

Error message: I / O ERROR: Connection reset

What is the reason?

The experiment solved.

2. CCTV firewall problem: You need to open the CCTV firewall.
